Mercedes-Benz is in the first place

With CSI No. 1 we have set ourselves the target of being number one among the competitive brands. In the passenger car category, our target is conducted through the CBS ( Competitor Benchmark Study) research.

 

In other countries this research is undertaken by the JD Power firm and in each country the same questions are asked to the customers. Furthermore, in Turkey this reseach is conducted by an independent company called GfK.

 

Mercedes-Benz has taken the sixth place in the CBS (Competitor Benchmark Study) research, which was undertaken in Turkey in 2006 for the first time.

 

As a result of its customer satisfaction practices Mercedes-Benz has enhanced to the second place. And in this year Mercedes-Benz brand has succeeded in taking the first place in the passenger car category of the After Sales Service Evaluation.
