Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş., provides Mercedes-Benz genuine spare parts in shortest time as possible and submit to Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. authorized workshops by means of Daimler AG global logistics infrastructure.

Spare parts are sent to authorized workshops in their original Mercedes-Benz package with hologram.

For cars, warranty period of genuine Mercedes-Benz spare parts, which are provided by Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. authorized workshops and installed by those workshops, lasts 2 years.

Workshop invoice represents the “warranty certificate” of spare part and service procedure. Spare part warranty excludes wearings and corrosions caused by normal usage for wearing parts.

Our authorized workshops use fluids (lubricant, transmission oil, differential oil, brake fluid, coolant etc) which are approved by manufacturer.
