Star Diagnosis Hardware and Software (WISnet, ASRAnet, DAS) and EWAnet software

EWAnet (EPCnet, WISnet, ASRAnet) applications are specially designed service support applications via an internet page.

  • EPC net (Electronic Parts Catalogue ) : You can search all vehicle parts with chassis number or product groups and see them with their pictures and part numbers. You can make a purchase list for yourself according to part numbers. This application can be accessed only via EWAnet.
  • WIS net (Workshop Information System) : Provides information regarding maintenance, repair, diagnostics, inspection or fault search. Gives instructions for repair works and also provides information regarding specific vehicle equipment. This application can be accessed via EWAnet or Star Diagnosis Compact 3/4MT devices.
  • ASRA net (Arbeitstexte Standardtexte Richtzeiten Arbeitswete) : An electronic catalogue including work values and repair durations. Also includes additional works, internal texts, comment texts and diagrams of vehicle parts. Data obtained here can provide a basis for job orders, invoices and cost calculation. This application can be accessed via EWAnet or Star Diagnosis Compact 3/4MT devices.
  • DAS (Diagnosis Assistance System) :A diagnosis detection system operating on Star Diagnosis device. This application can be accessed via all models of Star Diagnosis devices.

Support for accessing all those applications is provided by Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş..
