

“Vehicle Reception” service is a “one-to-one” service meeting with your Customer Advisor whereby you mention your maintenance and repair demands and complaints at your vehicle. Your maintenance and repair demands and complaints are recorded on the job order in the meantime.
Our workshop is responsible for recording the information regarding the vehicle accessories, personal belongings and fuel quantity, however, we kindly request you to check the job order.
Each additional information provided by you to Customer Advisor (including previous operations) will not only help us to repair troubles and defects but also to pre-detect troubles which can cause serious defects and troubles.
To perform extra inspections on vehicles apart from your complaints and demands with Customer Advisor is called “Active Vehicle Reception” service. After detection process, your driving safety will be ensured and long term and economical driving conditions will be provided in regard to your approval.
We recommend you not to enter into workshop during maintenance and repair process of vehicles in order not to risk your safety and security and not to reduce the efficiency of workshop staff. You can learn estimated time of delivery at the end of Vehicle Reception process.
