


Please park your vehicle to “Customer Parking Area” where you will be directed by parking area staff.
If you have an appointment, please tell your name and appointment to the Service Receptionist and tell that you want to be directed to Customer Advisor.
If you dont have an appointment, Service Receptionist, after checking the availability of the service, will direct you to waiting lounge where you will wait to meet the Customer Advisor as soon as possible.
Your meeting with Customer Advisor will be more efficient if you pass necessary information about your vehicle usage and complaints while waiting for your Customer Advisor.
