

Workshop will perform final control on your vehicle before delivery. In addition to a general driving safety control, whether service actions, which are agreed and recorded in work order, have been performed or not will be checked during final control.
Your Customer Advisor, who receives of your vehicle from workshop, informs you regarding the actions which were performed in complience with work order and also submit the details regarding the workshop invoice. We kindly ask you to check your vehicle and report the situations to be explained in the meantime. After your approval, your Customer Advisor will direct you to cashier’s desk for invoice and exit document procedures.
Replaced spare parts within repairs, which are not under warranty, are delivered to you after service procedure. Parts, which are not received, will be destroyed 7 days later. If you want, you will also be able to see replaced spare parts within repairs under warranty.
You can contact with Customer Relations Officer within all our authorized workshops in case of any discontents and suggestions, recommendations during service reception, actions or performance.
Our After-Sales Service organization performs online Customer Relations Management. All discontents, recommendations, suggestions and comments submitted to Customer Relations Officer are followed and evaluated meticulously by Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş..
