Warranty period of your vehicles begins with invoice date if it is sold by authorized dealers of Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş.

Warranty period of passenger cars lasts 2 years.

In case of a trouble of malfunction within warranty period, the duration of repair will be added to warranty period. (Only for troubles/defects under warranty)

Maintenance (should be done in time) and repair works and also assembly and disassembly works of vehicle accessories should be performed by Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. authorized workshops by pre-defined methods for the validity of warranty.

We would like to remind that Mercedes-Benz authorized workshops are always in your service with their excellent technical equipment, well-trained and cheery staff, wide range of services, Mercedes-Benz reliability and quality.

It will be a great pleasure for us that you use ServicePlus service after the expiry of warranty period in case you make periodic maintenances pre-defined in service maintenance book, replace of consumable materials and repairs caused by possible accidents completely and precisely within Mercedes-Benz authorized workshops within whole 24 months warranty period of your car. With ServicePlus service, the repair cost of troubles and defects caused by materials and assembly notwithstanding kilometreage limit within 12 months following warranty period will be covered by Mercedes-Benz Türk.

In order to benefit from ServicePlus service package, which we started to offer with our 2008 model vehicles, it is enough for you to bring your vehicles to our authorized workshop for maintenance and repair works stated above in its third year.
